The Santa Barbara Meat Company started in 2021 at the Pork Palace in Gaviota. We’re dedicated to working with local Santa Barbara County ranches to bring you products that meet our high standards. We offer our 100% grassfed and grass finished beef raised right here in Santa Barbara County. We hope your family enjoys our meats as much as ours does.
