 What am I ordering?

One fresh, never frozen, heritage Bourbon Red turkey with neck and giblets

Where do I pick it up?

Farm pick-up only (1503 US Highway 101, Gaviota). No turkeys will be brought to the Farmers markets.

When do I pick up?

Tuesday, November 26th between 12m and 7pm or Wednesday, November 27^th between 10am and 3pm. Final price will be charged based on the actual Weight.

We’re offering heritage Bourbon Red turkeys this year. All birds were hatched, raised free range, and harvested on our farm.  Always antibiotic free. Weights should range from 8-17lbs.

Calculate about 1lb per person - All turkeys stay fresh until Thanksgiving. If being cooked after Thanksgiving, freeze upon receipt.

Turkeys are kept at a temperature of 33 degrees, which will keep them safe, not fully frozen.
